Pending Balance Explained: Why GPT Sites Hold Your Rewards

The short answer
On almost every serious GPT (get-paid-to) and offerwall platform, new rewards do not become withdrawable instantly. They sit in a pending state for a hold period, then move to available. That is normal — not a bug.
Why pending exists
Offer networks pay publishers when users complete installs, levels, or other goals. Partners also protect themselves against:
- Fraudulent installs and emulators
- Incentive abuse (multi-accounts, VPN farms)
- Chargebacks / reversed conversions days later
If they paid you instantly and the conversion was later cancelled, the platform would lose money. A hold window (often 24–72 hours depending on the site) reduces that risk.

What you should do while waiting

When credits might not clear
- Partner never sent a postback (tracking miss)
- Offer requirements not fully met

Offer pending is not cashout pending
A credit on Dashboard is not the same as a payout you can send. EarnMoneyRewards uses “pending” at more than one stage. A greyed Withdraw button is usually one of those stages, not a lost reward.

Offer pending. When a game task tracks, the credit usually lands as pending. That hold is about 48 hours. It is a normal reversal window. Only available balance can be requested. Pending does not count toward the $2.50 minimum.
Available, but cashout still closed. If available is under $2.50, Withdraw stays closed even when pending plus available looks larger. New accounts also need to be at least 24 hours old. Only one cashout can sit in review at a time, so a second request will not open until the first is finished. Check Dashboard first, then Withdraw. Do not start extra games only to unlock a button that is waiting on the hold.
Cashout pending after you submit. When you request USDT on TRC20 or BTC, the withdrawal itself is reviewed. Status becomes pending again. That review is separate from the 48-hour offer hold. Typical processing after we start is 24–72 hours. This is not PayPal or a gift-card queue.
A partner “pending” label can mean the opposite. On some offer walls, pending means they did not find a completion and asked the advertiser. That is a tracking investigation. On EarnMoneyRewards, pending means the credit already arrived and is in hold. If Dashboard already shows the reward as pending, tracking worked. Wait for available. If the task never appears, that is a missing event: follow the tracking checklist, then Contact. Do not email the offer wall about a greyed cashout button or a withdrawal in review.
If an EarnMoneyRewards pending credit sits well past about 48 hours with no move to available, write support with your account email and the offer name.
