Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using EarnMoneyRewards (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or older if required where you live).
• You must be legally allowed to use online reward / advertising offer services in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared households used to abuse offers, or device farms are prohibited.

3. Nature of the Service

EarnMoneyRewards is a get-paid-to platform. We display third-party game and app offers from advertising partners. We are not a bank, exchange, casino, or investment product. Rewards depend on partner tracking and approval.

4. Offers & rewards

• Offer goals, rewards, and availability are set by third parties and may change or end without notice.
• Credits may first appear as pending and only later become available after a hold period (anti-fraud / chargeback protection).
• We may reverse, hold, or cancel credits that are invalid, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or reversed by partners.
• Displayed payout amounts are estimates; actual credit follows partner postback data.

5. Withdrawals (crypto only)

• Cashouts are available in USDT and BTC only.
• Minimum withdrawal: $2.50 of available (confirmed) balance.
• Withdrawals are manually reviewed and may be delayed, reduced, or rejected for fraud, KYC, or compliance reasons.
• Crypto sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for wallet details.
• Network fees may apply and are not controlled by us.
• Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Multiple accounts (including more than one account per IP/network), bots, emulators used for abuse, or VPN/proxy fraud.
• Fake installs, incentivized fraud, or misrepresentation to partners.
• Exploiting bugs, postbacks, or security vulnerabilities.
• Harassment, illegal activity, or money laundering.

We may freeze balances, ban accounts, and refuse payouts for violations — including forfeiture of pending or available credits where fraud is reasonably suspected.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards or withdrawals in your jurisdiction. We may request information required by law before paying large sums.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee offer availability, partner tracking, or continuous uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the available balance in your account at the time of the claim (or USD $50 if greater law requires a floor). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for partner failures.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party offer terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (payments disputes, liability, indemnity) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be announced on the site or by email.
